Security & data protection

European security standards & GDPR compliance

The protection of our customer data and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (including GDPR) are our top priorities. Our security framework covers authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant user management.

Identity & Access / Single Sign-On (SSO)

We integrate seamlessly with Entra ID/AD-based identities and support SSO in enterprise environments. Imory has proven project experience in this area (including coordination and technical alignment with partner IT departments).

Operational Security

Regular identity/PIM overviews and risk assessments from Microsoft security services are integrated into our operational processes.

Multi-tenancy & roles/rights

Imory is multi-tenant capable and supports finely granular role and permission concepts for editing, channels, and administration.

APIs & ecosystem

We integrate standard services such as calendar/event feeds (for example: dpa agenda via XML feed) and connect external systems via defined interfaces.
Our open interface architecture allows us to quickly and efficiently implement established standards and integrate them into the workflow of topic-centric work with Imory.

Quality & operations management

CI/CD & quality goals

We rely on traceable development and deployment processes (including Azure-supported pipelines) and documented quality objectives. We use Azure DevOps: continuous integration and continuous delivery enable reproducible builds, automated quality checks, and reliable deployments in our Azure environment (Western Europe region). Through monitoring and clearly defined operating processes, we ensure the stability and scalability of our multi-tenant SaaS. Security and data protection (GDPR) are firmly anchored throughout the entire lifecycle – from development to operations.

Monitoring & support

Our operations are secured by monitoring in Azure (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics). Real-time metrics, distributed tracing, and centralized logging enable early anomaly detection; automated alerts and clear escalation paths ensure rapid response and recovery. Our service team provides support via ticket and email with transparent status tracking and scheduled maintenance windows; individual SLAs are available on request. Post-incident reviews, runbooks, and continuous improvements improve stability and security over the long term.
